I made an online purchase of INR 2941/- dated 12th of July from their website “tyouhar.myshopify.com” using Razorpay. Some days later when I went to check the status of my order I found that their website was no longer available and the phone number ([Protected]) provided was temporarily disconnected. Their email address is [PROTECTED]@gmail.com. The payment has been credited to Mira Enterprise through Razorpay. I have tried everything I could to contact Razorpay and ask them to act upon this as this fraudulent merchant ( Mira Enterprise) may still be listed with them and Razorpay may have additional details like their KYC details k but their website interface is not customer friendly. Razorpay should be held accountable because they promise that if there is a dispute with the merchant, they will take it up. But they haven’t done anything.

I hate to write this, but if I can help someone then why not? The site is fake and doesn't exist anymore. I ordered worth 1800 and all in vain They have disappeared. I shud have got the hint when they were selling at dirt cheap price but I got conned instead. Ashamed at myself for being fooled by such cheapsters. Am definitely going to report them and the name by which they sell and I suggest you all do that too.

I ordered a maternity dress from the website for 700rs. The site does not exist on Shopify anymore. Hereafter, I will never buy anything from shopify. Since this was my first purchase. Shopify should be held responsible for promoting such frauds online.

I agree with you. I ordered a few things for the kitchen from them worth 5000 and its been a month since the order was placed. The site does not exist on Shopify anymore and they seem to be non existent on google. How can we resolve this? This is terrible. Shouldn’t Shopify take responsibility for such Fraud?? Can consumer court assist us file a complain against them?
