I had taken pizza bread from shoppers mart Goregaon bread had fungus on it. After calling 4 to 5 times to the shop owner they were not ready to exchange the bread. There was no responsibility taken by the shop owner.

How can they keep such products? After that we told the owner you exchange the bread or will file complaint till 2hrs there was no response from the shopper owner in-fact they had a different attitude said you can file a complaint do whatever you like.

During the shop opening these people to attract consumers be very kind and after getting business they forget how to treat their consumers with respect at the time they are wrong.

They are selling the wrong kind of product which is infected, already during the covid people are still suffering from low immune. If the action is not taken with these kind of people then how will the world run.

We spent our hard earn money to get food for our family are we suppose to eat bread with fungus after paying money, Should we suffer from food poisoning? There has to be some strict action taken against them or what is the use of law? Why consumers are given rights?
