Delivered Wrong/ Damaged Cell Phone and Charger

On visiting their website saw their ad for Nefon Q20 Ultra 5G (Blue) 8GB / 256GB, 64MP Quad Camera, 6000mAh, Lithium Ion Battery, 6.55" with discount price of Rs4,499/-. Ordered same via online (only option available) on 16th June, Order No.SH[Protected].
On 18th June rec'd message stating cell phone has been shipped via Delhivery SS, Tracking No.[Protected]. On 22nd June rec'd delivery code to share with delivery person and on 22nd June at about 4PM the box containing the cell phone was delivered by Delhivery SS. On opening the package was surprised to see a 5" phone named I Smart.
Further found the charger defective. Used a charger of mine obsvd phone is charging but goes off after sometime. No other indication. On trying to switch on, the phone wouldn't come on. Tried calling all their available nos ([Protected], [Protected], [Protected], [Protected]) found on going through various websites concerning Shopmymobile but either switched off or not picking up.
Sent an detailed email to id [PROTECTED]@shopmymobie.in but got delivery failure. Then sent the same email to id [PROTECTED]@gmsil.com but till date (19th July) no reply.

Good day,
On 16th June saw your advertisement for mobile
Nefon Q20 Ultra 5G Blue 256GB, 8GB Ram, 64MP Quad Camera, 6000mAh Lithium-ion battery.
Also read all the other specs.
Hence had placed the order on 16th June for the above mobile phone online by paying the required amount of Rs4,499/-.
Rec'd all communication s from shopmymobile
about order placed (Order No.[Protected]), shipped by Delhivery SS (AWB No [Protected])
On 22nd June received delivery code and also delivery by above mentioned courier in Chennai.
The package was sealed properly.
On opening the package was surprised to see a totally different mobile named I Smart- gold colour abt 5". The charger provided is faulty.
Have now packed the phone back.
Therefore please advise if the phone Nefon Q20 as specified in your advertisement is available.
If available then please send same otherwise kindly refund the amount mentioned and advise about where to send the wrongly delivered phone.
Please find attached the screenshots taken while ordering the phone.
Will be eagerly waiting for your response.
