Fraud case - Ordered item not received

I have ordered dry fruits on website named shopiva.in and pay a amount of Rs 952/- through phonepe to the merchant Payu payments private limited. Further I have not received delivery of the goods yet. I have see ads on Instagram page and then by clicking on that ads I have purchased above-mentioned items. Help me with these.
