Consider it my honest Shadi.com review. My case was after my need to find my life partner was done, and thanks to Shadi.com, it was due to them that I met Sharan. But here, a month later, I saw that my Shadi.com account was charged for a subscription; actually, it was set to automatically renew, and I forgot to cancel it. I called customer service, and I was immediately assisted. Though I didn't get a refund as I was in the middle of the month, they said I wouldn't be charged for the next month, and that's fine with me.
