I was an employee of sensationz company. but due to my personal reason I left the
job and in their policy it's mentioned that if you want to leave so you have to serve. one month notice period and I agreed this statement.
But I left on the spot due to my own personal reason but they denied to release my salary and also in their policy it's not mentioned that if you leave on the spot for any personal reason so company will not be liable to release your salary.
