On the day of service i had paid first 500 to the agent then for service 1500 then he said security deposit i did it twice 2500 and 2500 then he said to do it together as an amount of 6000 and then again 8000 as link activation after that too the link did not open he cancelled the service but i did not get ky refund back from last four days the total amount is 21500 i am a student and have no source of income please help me out and refund it as soon as possible.
