Hello, I ordered a product from sanfe on nov 2nd I received the product on nov 4th my order ID - 111779 it’s been almost a week by now I haven’t got any support or reply from the team they do have a official website they have mentioned there mail ID- [PROTECTED]@sanfe.in and the customer support number - [Protected].
I have sent almost 10-15 mails and been following up everyday via message and calls but there is no response from there side I kindly request you people to help me in this situation because mine doesn’t come for free of cost it’s my hard earned money.
The product while receiving was been damaged I have been shared the images as well in there website and also sharing it here, kindly request to resolve my issue and the customer support is really too pathetic service.
There no any proper communication, there brand is been used by many but I really think these people are frauds.

Reply I ordered 3 pack product in 'Sanfe". It's cost is 899.00 on 21st of April month but till now I didn't seen the whereabouts of the product like dispatched or not and it's tracking, delivery partner etc.. It's showing that your order ID is wrong while I checked my order in Google. Fully fraud and cheating Application. I tried to contact them through mail and calls but "mail web page is not available" and the contact number they had given is "switched off". I'm just daily wage earning person. That people are cheating me. Is this your business ethics...?? Please be honest to yourself. Don't do such type of business. You thinks that no one will do anything to us but there is "God", he is watching everything and he will curse you and punish you by pulling you down to earth. It's my curse. I had seen so many fraudulent companies and apps but you're making fraud with very sensitive and personal things and products. I'm saying seriously you guys will face this situations very badly and hardly.
I have ordered on 25th dec . Still do not receive my order . No response received from sanfe on e mail or phone.
I ordered under buy 1 and get 3 offer on 2nd of jan. I haven't received any msg or email after the confirmation of order. When I wanna treck it they said my order I'd is wrong. I sand msgs and e-mails but no response. I called on the given no. But no one attained the call. Worst service ever. I want my money back. There is no sign of delivery..
I ordered a menstrual cup of small size and this was my third order but I got a teen sanfe menstrual cup and it not comfortable for me as the regular one was. I ordered from Amazon and there no return policy on the product. It is useless for me. Please look after it and i expect a response.
I have ordered on 7 may .... blue dart don't take call .. also sanfe not reply on my email
