I have ordered a bike part via a site and paid the amount also. There has not been any update further. It is been almost a month. Order was placed on 21st July. They are not picking calls or there is no option to cancel the order. In their website it is showing order is still processing and the total amount is rupees Six Thousand and eighty rupees.

Website name is www.safexbikes.com.I tried several times to call the number provided in their website but they never picked our calls or respond back to us. They are having whatsapp support and whenever we inquired about our order somebody comes online and tell wait, and he just make fun of us by giving absurd replies.

Now it is almost three weeks over and still it is in processing state. When i checked this website reviews all the people have same experience with them. They will show the product on the website , take orders and after that their will be no response. Please do the needfull to resolve the issue at the earliest. Details regarding my order is give below.
