In January 2024 I was looking for delivering my household Goods to Varanasi for this I had called Just Dial so that Movers and Packers can contact me. I had received a mobile call and whatsapp on my mobile on 26.01.2024 from you(service provider) with the name S G PACKERS & MOVERS. You had provided your company details and had asked for details of items and photographs (total item 11) of items that needs to be delivered to Varanasi along with complete Pick up address and complete Delivery/drop address. Post negotiation it was agreed on mobile call and on whatsapp on 26.01.2014 for delivery of goods to Varanasi at Total cost of Rs 4,200 that would include door to door Pickup, Drop and Packing services from Ghaziabad to Varanasi. Also in support of that you had shared your company quotation dated 26.01.2024 mentioning Total cost of Rs 4,200 for door to door delivery.

Accordingly all Goods (total item 11) were picked up from Ghaziabad on 27.01.2024. Post pick up you(S G PACKERS & MOVERS) had followed with me for the full payment on 28.02.2024. I had asked that please take part payment of Rs 4,200 now and remaining payment will be made once goods will be delivered at my doorstep in Varanasi but company official on 28.01.2024 insisted that Goods will be delivered to Varanasi only after Full payment of Rs 4200 is made to the company accordingly on 28.01.2024 Rs 4,200 was transferred to company official Mr Sumit of S G PACKERS & MOVERS account number [Protected]of State Bank of India(SBI). On 28.01.2024 also S G PACKERS & MOVERS has confirmed that Goods will be delivered to Varanasi once he receives credits of full payment of Rs. 4,200 in his bank account. Post payment after few days when I was waiting for my Goods to be delivered in Varanasi and after my followup with the company about the status of deliver at Varanasi.

The company official had shared revised quotation on 1.02.2024 stating revised charges of Rs 8,268 for the same services and mentioned that without payment of revised charges my Goods will not be delivered at Varanasi. This is a clear cut case of Overcharging on Service which was already agreed on 26.01.2024 and full payment was also made to S G PACKERS & MOVERS on 28.01.2024. Before 1.02.2024 the service provider S G PACKERS & MOVERS never mentioned that this delivery will cost me Rs 8,268 otherwise I would not have made payment of Rs 4,200 nor I would have given custody of my Goods to you. Now your company can not go back on your promise.

Therefore request you to without further harassment for any additional payment kindly deliver my goods to already agreed Varanasi Address as was originally promised by you on 26.01.2024 failing which I will be forced to take up this matter in court as my Goods as well as my full payment is still in your custody. This is a clear cut case of insufficient services, Overcharging and fraud. In case of any failure on your part in delivery of goods(total item 11) to Varanasi I will be additionally claiming for all losses suffered by me including mental harassment, litigation cost etc.

Please treat this legal notice as a last opportunity so that litigation and court proceedings and further expenses can be avoided. Looking forward for a positive response. Kindly note that this is second formal legal notice to you as previous notice was served to you via whats app at mobile number [Protected]on 10.02.2024. Please treat it as a legal notice equivalent to court summon.
