Not Delivered My New No. Plate

Dear sir,
My appointment date is 10th January 2021 for new no plate , many times call, l your customer care regarding delivery but he told me delivery after one hour, but not delivered as per date. Today again flow up regarding no plate but he not responding & cut the our call.
Please find my my order ID & he not responding & cut the our call . Please find my order ID & Vehicle Order ID - BMDLEF80824A-B709-4B. Vehicle No DL10=SC5142,please confirm how much time required for this. No any received regarding this delay work.
Still not received my new no plate,kindly, I am flow up ( by email or call ) from Jan-21 to till date , but he not responding
Advise me.
