Please be noted i have booked and received fast tag Vide invoice No:HR2324FT00006779 Dtvd:1402.2024.For activation of fast tag i called IDFC first Bank customer care Number as mentioned in fast tag.During the cross verification of bar code by customer care representative it is informed there is mismatch of name.Hence cannot be activated.Please enter the correct name in your data base as per the Invoice or Booked details.Due to wrong entry i could not activate my fasttag.
Reply I have booked fastag + park + hsrp on 25/09/2023. I have not received fastag yet. Kindly resolve the issue.
