I have booked for High Securtiy Registration Plate online for my car on 19/09/2023. Including complete set Service and Fitment they have deducted RS 768.00. The appointment for HSRP fitmment was scheduled on 02/10/23. I have contacted the Fitment location incharge for HSRP registration plate at fitment location one day in advance Mrs. Priya patil through her mobile no mentioned in the Receipt of Payment.
According to the communication i had with her, she said the fitment location for old cars is removed. So she has no idea regarding my order no BMKAE5A62D1E-B758-42. she INFORMED ME TO CONTACT ROSEMERTA SAFETY SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED regarding this issue.I try to contact the customer care number of rosemerta safety solutions private limited [Protected]. The call is not getting connected.
i have tried for toll free number given in the Rosemerta site 0[Protected]. I got the voice message as this number does not exist.Also i have mailed the same complaint to their Mail ID [PROTECTED]@rosemertasafety.com. They have not responded to my grievance. Kindly resolve this issue to get my HIgh security registration plate fitted to my my car in time.
