I'm not happy with your loan process and fee structure you are actually charging too too much from us, that too in spite of paying it on time and before itself also, same charges, find it will give a bad remark, people are taking for emergencies it does you should play with their situation, this really bad experience for me from the begging I'm facing it, I really feel very bad about the company policy how come the amount keeps on increasing will paying while clicking it to pay it shows a different amount after next week little more money increases, then in the final clock to pay it again increases a little more.
What kind of cheating and swindling of money is this is this a scam system, you should the genuinely amount allow us to pay only that, please correct it please don't cheat true customers like me even last time it showed a pre-approval up to 105lacs, then I clicked it, it said rs- 6100/- is approved but then moved on to take that loan but I got only rs- 5300/- in my account, what kind of cheating is this, then I paid it yesterday it made me pay Rs-6195/- what kind of scam is this, more than Rs- 900/- you charged for just for 8 days very very bad.
Why are cheating genuine customers like this, you are taking advantage of people's emergencies, this is very bad, it is a kind o sucking blood from people,  you guys don't have any courtesy, touch your heart and tell. how come you cheat some who trust you, why are you hiding your charge and swindling while, more I'm not at all happy with the credit limit increase, I paid Rs- 6195 which I took last, and again you approved me only Rs- 6100/-what kind of credit system is this? it shows you a poor credit team and a lackluster team.
