MYSELF SHEKHA DEVI , & I Have taken loans from rhino finance pvt ltd , in the month of july & in august , i have repaid my loan on time but company have wrongly update over my cibil report , that loan is overdue , and hampering my CIBIL score badly.
Despite of several request company is not taking any action. i have shared all the proof of payment but now its more than 3 month they have not taken any action & rectified the error . kindly look in to issue.
I have attached all the proof ,along with this complaint. please take a serious action against this kind of nbfc who is charging heavy interest and provides tenure just for 15 days , post payment they are not updating correct thing over cibil .i m a self-employed i have applied for a loan in bank but because of wrong update over my cibil my loan got rejected .
