Asking For Portal Charges from Resumetofill.com

Today I have received a mail from the resumetofill company that is mentioned as warning mail, that contains that I have to pay them 5000+gst for not completing the work, they are threatening to go legally under the section 72.
Can u please help me out with this so they are threatening to file a complaint on me they said we have your details and they have my driving licence copy with them so can you please help me out of this matter so they have messaged to me to pay the portal charges in whatsapp also can u please resolve this matter.
