I ordered 401 black jeans from redtape official site and got it on 21 of sept but wasn't satisfied with product because there were white linings on the product maybe because of some manufacturing issued so I raised return requests and the return got picked up on 24 of sept but i didn't got any message of picked up that ur return is picked by Ecom express.

Later when I was checking the status on redtape and raised the issue with them that why it is not moving forward they told me that their delivery partner didn't updated anything with them then I called that delivery partner and asked him the same. He told me that he picked up the item but he can't registered it because of some technical issues I trusted him and told him that to register it because my refund is not processing because of it he assured me that he will update it.

Later he updated it on system on 30 of sept after 6 days . I got mail from redtape on 5 of Oct that they received wrong product and mailed me photos of some entire different product which I didn't gave to the delivery partner it was not even a redtape jeans . I got redtape jeans and i returned the same he checked all the tags and everything and took the invoice and everything after and the redtape.

People got entirely different product which is used and even not from redtape and i didn't send it. Maybe it's delivery partner issue and they don't want to give my money back I have all the conversation and pictures of the received product.
