On 6th may we have given 10 samples but even after 3 days we have not received reports. other labs giving reports on mail or watsap within 24 hours. When we called up they are saying app to be downloaded etc then also 3 reports out of 10. What reports we got also when we compare its not at all matching with the recent other reports. We lost our money even after complaining we got only 3 reports that also not trust worthy.
