Money Getting Debited From My Saving Account

Hi Every month on 27th a sum of 100 INR is getting debited from my HDFC account via Razorpay transaction and the recipient as per the bank is Isha outreach a non profit NGO.
When I checked with them they are claiming no such amount is credited to them. Bank on their end is saying they cannot stop the transaction. The transaction message that I receive every month is as follows -
ALERT: Your A/c xx7118 has been debited for Rs.100 on 27th Dec 2021 through Debit mandate towards RAZORPAY - Gq0XnoGQ7SppOA-[Protected]. Kindly let me know how to go about this. Thanks for your support.
