Recently i quit the job after getting offer letter from Ramkrishna agency formally known as Max international, Plot No-65 NH5 Rasulgarh, Near Vishal MegaMart Bhubaneswar. After resignation process completed, now Ramkrishna agency told your offer letter on hold.
On interview days they wait me 5 hours after interview they promised your salary will be as per previous company and after 3 months will teach you as a old employee and your salary will be hike 10 percentage.
After realised offer letter i read the all terms and conditions that point not mentioned on offer letter after told the told the HR, he not replied after after accept offer letter he told your offer letter on hold.
Now i am job less, can't re-join last employer. Please have a look into this. My family and me in very trouble.
