While booking seats online in rajdhani bus services / bus operator
1) desired front and mostly single vacant seats are shown reserved while when we go for offline booking those seats are vacant and the charge taken is higher .
They only show back seats vacant specially double seats and they do it purposely . this is happening recently otherwise earlier actual no. Seats were shown and none information was hidden . I have been booking and noticing this situation 2-3 times while booking seats in rajdhani travels . The bus service/ operators are deliberately leave no choice for customers to go offline and book seats at higher charges . No matter who so controls & delivers this false information should be punished and transparency should be assured and maintained about seats information
2) seats are so dirty not worth the service & window curtains are also dirty .
3) female seats on double seats is also seen very few while online booking whereas actually there are a lot more seats vacant and not booked by anyone
4) bus is stopped to places where no toilets are there for ladies
5)no attention is paid if the traveller has returned to the seat or not.
