I ordered a product by Quikr product name is lphone 12pro but he did not delivered but he call me and demand more money I am not satisfied by company and I want my money back but he did not refund my money.

I ordered a product by Quikr app product is iphone 12promax product value is 6999 but after complete payment he can not delivered my product I want my product or refund my product.
