Sir my Name is R.Jagadeesh sainath and I am from Vijayawada, AP. I am a hotel management student completed my 3 year course in 2020 May....l am looking for a good job in abroad so I starting searching in Internet and I have seen a company called PROXIMITY IMMIGRATION PVT LTD (New Delhi)...
So I started talking with them and they said that you are a fresher so you can apply for Malta (Country) They said that it is a 3 month process and for that you have to pay 95000 for the job process 47200 before the starting of the process and the rest after getting the call letter so we made an agreement and I have paid 47200 for the process on Nov 5th 2020....
It is already 18th March 2021 and I did not received any interview call.... But once I received a call that too a fake call sir... So I starting asking them them to refund my money and I received a mail from there legal head stating that YOU WILL NOT GET ANY REFUND....what is this sir...
They did not showed me any job opportunity, they wasted my time and now they r saying that YOU WILL NOT GET ANY REFUND. So please kindly take up my complaint and please make me get my refund money back so I have to give to the person from whom I bought the money for interest.

Hi i am Devesh verma From Dehradun exactly same happened to me i don't know where the proximity immigration find my number and continuously called I am talking about January this year and the agent name is Sheehren who called me and explain me about hong kong qmas visa so i have applied and gave them 70 thousands including Gst i have receipts also but now is November i didn't get any job and there legal advisor mailed me that ( Do whatever you want we will not refund your money you can go to police if you want ) Guys this is how consultancies grabbing money from the innocent people and beleive me they don't have single job for anyone
