I bought provogue Sydney backpack on 22 may and is delivered to me at 26nd may with one year guarantee. After some days I found some unexpected torn in the bag , I upload the picture of it. I want to replace it asap with a new bag. It get faulty just half days after using, and the fault is in less usable part.

May be later more part torn and damage so I want it to replace . It's front stickers also gets out for permanent , then How I believe it for future Use ? I even not carry my laptop in this bag for which I specially buy it , What after I carry my more than 2 kgs laptop in the bag as it's not able to just carry light products.

I need a good product after the replacement and please do it as soon as possible as it is for daily College uses . Just all friend are saying how cheap quality have provogue had , new bag get torn . I believe on provogue quality and customer satisfactions . I hoped my problem resolved very soon with a good quality product .
