PNB Housing Finance are very prompt taking the payment and documents from you when you take home loan from them or make any payment towards them for any of their services.

But once you have opened your home loan account with them, their customer service is spit-worthily pathetic. For each and every small thing they ask you to visit the branch and nothing can be done online.

If you try to foreclose your loan account or try to transfer it elsewhere, their drama starts again. They unnecessarily delay the process so that you end up paying one or two additional EMIs to them.

They charge higher interest rates and their customer support is worth spitting on. Extremely disappointed with their service , higher than regular interest rates and hidden charges, and extremely poor customer support, I decided to go for a home loan balance transfer.

The application with all documents and a payment of Rs 1700 for issuance of foreclosure letter and list of documents (LOD) letter was submitted on 12/12/2021.
The letters haven’t been issued yet.

No response to my queries. But I’m receiving repeated calls from their call centre trying to persuade me to continue with them, despite charging high interest and providing spit-worthy customer support.

I would never ever recommend PNB Housing Finance to anybody, not even my enemies.
