I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing on behalf of Pluto Tours or Company in regards to a recent trip to Goa that was organized through our company. We appreciate your trust in our services, but we have been made aware of certain issues that occurred during your visit.
It has come to our attention that there were instances of miscommunication between our executive and yourself, resulting in some inconveniences during your trip. We would like to express our sincere apologies for any inconvenience you experienced. We also acknowledge that we made several attempts to contact you on the day of your departure, and we regret that we were unable to reach you in a timely manner.
We greatly value our clients and their satisfaction, and we are committed to addressing this matter promptly. After reviewing the financial aspects of your trip, here are the relevant details:
You made a payment of Rs.10,113 for the flight, which is accurate as per our records. We understand that you have found Higher-priced water sports activities at Rs.5,200/-, while you were charged Rs.4,000 for the same. We acknowledge that there is a discrepancy of Rs.1,200 in your favor for the water sports activities.You utilized our transportation service for which You are liable to pay us 10000/-.
Based on the information provided, we propose the following:
We are willing to refund you the amount of Rs. 5,200, which represents the Settlement of all amounts. We kindly request your confirmation of this proposed resolution.Regarding the Google review you posted, we are open to resolving this matter by requesting you to remove it, once you remove the google review refund will be processed promptly and without any further complications. After the settlement you will be not liable to do any legal action against the company.
We kindly request your acknowledgment of this proposal so that we can proceed with the refund of Rs.5,200/- , and you can take the necessary steps to remove your review. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation in resolving this matter. We look forward to your response.
