I want to give 0 rating as pink saree is total feaud. They never reveal their decwptiona in efunds and returns unlesa you ask saying its policy and so cannot refund. They sent me cheap quality cloth for 1700 Rs dress unmatching from whats shown in advertisement and now refusing to refund sying can only exchange. Their custoemr support is highly evasive and rude

Pink saree is a fraud website. Cheap clothing and on top of that their customer care is grossly incompetent. They don't pay any attention to your grievances and neither will solve any of your problems. Secondly, even if you want to return their clothing, they will ask you to send it back to them on your own and they will not refund you even after all that. They will provide you with coupons for their website and you will have to again deal with all of that. Very bad website and highly unprofessional. Total waste of money.

Please beware of the fascinating outfits displayed by pinksaree.com on advertisements. It's totally unreliable shopping website. Firstly, their services are too bad. You have to wait approx a week to get an item delivered. Secondly, there is no proper refund or exchange options available on the app. Rather we have to specially mail them at their support ID. Plus, as per their policy we can replace an item only once and if we wish for a 2nd time exchange, we'll have to bear shipping charges of ₹350 if the item is below ₹1,500 and accordingly if the price range is high. I'm writing this because I too had a bad experience while shopping with this site. I had ordered an item which I had to get exchanged due to some size issues. But the exchanged item I received was of really degrading quality. When I mailed them to get it exchanged they refused saying that I'll have to bear ₹350 else I'll have to courier it myself at their address. I learnt my lesson. I hope you guys too will.

To all who are planning to buy cloths from pink saree, please dont believe them. The pictures that they show is just for reference (which they say) but the actual product doesnt have any similarities. The product that i have received is pathetic , i wasted my Rs 1700. Hey All, I had a very bitter experience with Pinksaree.com. I had ordered a lehenga which was completely mis matching with the pic shown in their site. Poor Quality and completely different piece of material. Had a real hard time in exchaging the product. No response from chats, mails, customer care number. Return initiated and the process pronlonged fr 2 months. I returned the product but didnt receive exchange prdt. Had a tough time really. fed with their response. Finally after continuous follow up n harsh e mails i received my amt refunded. PLEASE DONT GO FOR THIS SITE TO SHOP.

Cheaper quality material not taking any step for return. Not replying for the mails. Cheaters don't buy anything from this store.
