We had placed an order after the sales team visited our house worth 1+ lakh and the order has not been delivered nor the amount has been refunded. Despite multiple tries the vendor only tries to delay and provides multiple commitments stating they will deliver but it’s over 6 months now and we are not sure how to get the money back.
