This company claims to provide trainers to the dog parents assuring to teach dogs commands and get dogs teach and trained well by each package their are certain commands they claims to train..eached to him easily in the last few days.... after 45 days when our neighbor who has 3 dogs also noticed the same thing and told us too that we see no improvement in you dog and your trained also not treat him well... please ask your trainer what he is teaching your puppy and also i want to say you one thing that your trainer isn't treating well to your puppy as he is very scared to him.. so we again confront the trainer that show us what you taught him so far and are you treating him right... the trainer couldn't make our puppy to follow a single command and he left.

We called to the area manager and told him everything , firstly he assured us to not worry we will get this trainer and asked him to show us what he taught we agreed upon that and asked them to come.. but since then they didn't showed up neither receiving calls we make multiple calls to area manager but he is not receiving calls then we started making calls to petmojo customer care service.. and asked for a new trainer in starting they listen us and assurred us to bring the right resolution to this and later they started telling that we asked the concerned person to call you please wait for their calls, we kept waiting... then we started asking for our refund or a new trainer...then later they started saying we gave you service whether your dog learnt or not we will not refund or neither giving you a trainer for training.
