Inditab Esolutions Private Limited: Mobile Recharge through Inditab Esolutions Private Limited Money Debited

I recharged Idea mobile with a prepaid plan of Rs 459. Money got debited from Mobikwik account , showed recharge was successful but actually was NOT. Tried contacting customer care on the helpline number many times but got no response. Then emailed them many times and money debited but no refund got initiated Very poor service. Where should we complain?
