I have placed a fir bolt smartwatch order [Protected]from paytm mall in 17 sept 2021. And I received my product on 20-sept-2021. And I open my received product box. But I got used product because watch back side scratch. Then I request for return this product. As policy according product will return or exchange in 7 days.
So I placed return this product from paytm application. I wait 2 day , 3 day but not get any response from paytm mall. Then I will raise issue on customer care help by paytm application. They will call me and ask my issue. I will explain my all issue and problem. He said to me please send me all picture in your received product and wait 3 day.
I sent all picture my received product. And I wait but not any response from paytm. Then I will raise online complaint on paytm application. I get again call from paytm. He said to me your picture not completed. Please send to me clear picture and unboxing video. I said to him tell me how many picture sent you and I not make unboxing video.
Then he said sent you only watch screen tag picture only . We are working on this please wait 3 day. But I wait already 3 day and I raised new complaint on paytm. But I not get any call or solutions from paytm. Order id-[Protected].
