I ordered a POS machine on 26th Nov 2021, Order id [Protected], amount paid 1887/- and was promised to deliver the same by 13th Dec 2021. On 14th Dec, I called the customer care number for cancellation for the order as it had crossed the timeline of the delivery of the product with CASE ID [Protected].
The executive has assured me that the order has been canceled from our end and a refund will be initiated within 3-4 days. I have received an email on 15th Dec that the refund process has been initiated and the amount would reflect within 4-7 working days.
But till date I haven't received the amount yet. I request you to kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue asap. Already I have escalated the case but haven't received any revert from the team since 5 days.
