I had ordered a sports shoe for my husband and I have not received but online itsays it had been delivered by expressbee courier the guy on 8th at 8.:30 had called and assured me that on 9th my courier will be delivered by morning 10 but he has not he took my mobile number he said in system it will show it's delivered kindly ignore it.

But next day I will come and deliver it but today full day I waited I have not received my courierand both companies are claiming that the guy has delivered I have his voice recording where he has mentioned not to worry even if it's updated in system I will deliver the item next day.

I have been complaining to Paytm but they are delaying to solve it neither iam getting response from the courier guys. He had promised me for next day to deliver it's not a question of 400 but I need that for my husband he is having pain his leg we r saying digital india how can we trust these online business now.
