Sir, I ordered an item BLUETOOTH 4.1 SPORTS JOGGER WIRELESS STEREO EARPHONE Qty 1 by paying effective price Rs. 216 by online payment txn ID [Protected]in PAYTM MALL ONLINE SHOPPING APP on 15.02.2021. The ORDER ID IS [Protected]. The above was declared to be delivered to me on 20.02.2021 08:50 am by ECOM JAGDADDISH KUMARAN (0[Protected]), in the online app but the same item was not delivered to me physically.
I brought this matter to their customer care by raising ticket and has been continuously sending multiple messages to resolve my issue or else refund the amount paid but they have endured me to having an inquiry on this and resolving it but after few days they sent message that after sending POD 3 days elapsed (which is false) and simply trying to close the matter WITHOUT RESOLVING THE ISSUE (item delivery not done nor REFUND done).
Hence, please kindly interfere in this matter and help me in resolving this matter because it's a open cheating to a customer and this can happen to many customers if not taken seriously. I have almost sent more than 40 times messages till today and is disturbed and feeling cheated and DISAPPOINTED.
