I bought a bose earbuds from paytm mall. The product I received that is defective and damaged. There was also replacement policy, but I return or replace product that time i submit all information and reply all messages to paytm customer care. Paytm customer care ask me submit brand box image with serial no but item box is duplicate there is no brand and no serial no . Then how i submit serial no.
