I had ordered Oppo A5s (refurbished) in green colour through Paytm Mall vide order No [Protected]on 16 May 2021. I have paid Rs 8699/- (Rupees eight thousand six hundred ninety nine only) through Paytm while ordering. Delivery was made by the firm on 18 May 2021. When I open the box.

I found that colour of my phone is blue instead of green. When I saw the cover box it is clearly written the green. Many scratches have been found on the phone corners. Photograph of the phone and cover box are attached herewith for your ready reference. This has totally fraud made by Paytm Mall and broken the Customers belief.

My friends were denying to order through paytm mall, although I have ordered even they denied. Who will compensate the wasted time. I have get mentally stressed by this incident. Keeping in view of the above, it is requested that a case against the firm be initiated not to do such frauds in future and strict directions be issued to return my money for Rs 8699/- (Rupees eight thousand six hundred ninety nine only) in my paytm wallet.

The firm should be cash penalized, if possible.
