PaySense: Abused, Calling To Relatives, Illegal Outstanding Charged

My 2 EMI was pending from 2019 due to my mother medical issue, I received the call from Paysense lady executive. I confirmed her my situation. She asked to cn from the date for payment.

But I said I cannot provide u the date but yes I will pay the EMI with late fee charged which was 590₹. She called my relative and ask them to pay the amount and told them that I have taken the loan of 50,000 and I run away.

Not picking the call and she tried to destroy my goodwill. After that my father was in hospital and again, paysense team called on my fathers number and without asking about him she just started to tell that yr son taken a Loan and run away.

Second after many calls received and abusing I decided to stop the EMI payment because of there behaviour. In Sep 2021 I got a call from paysense executive Jyoti Surya, she commit that sir I will help u please pay the EMI.

So that u will not get the late charges on it. the amount she told me for Cibil. was 15,000 something including my 2 EMIs. The Emi amount is 6186 ₹ something. After that I paid with lot of conversation.

At last after payment of 2 EMI the remaining outstanding amount was 3824₹ which was commit to be paid in a month so that my all account outstanding amount will be clear. After that Jyoti left the paysense and joind Kotak Mahindra.

As I was in communication with her so I asked after 4 days to confirm the amount so that I can pay. She asked for a time as she was on leave for a week. After a week I again communicate and asked she sent the screen shot for 7,700 something.

I asked why this is showing this amount You were saying the amount was 3824. She told me that If you paid on the same time you will not get this charge. However the charge is increased again and you have to pay this.

I asked her to confirm from yr department if you told me that the EMI was paid u will not get the late charges increase why this was charges. She was not sure and told me air maine bataya hoga.

I shared the chat with her she was confused and ask again for a time to elaborate. After that She denied to pick my call and message response. I continuously getting call from paysense and each n every executive from this paysense.

I have to tell them the whole story what actually happened but they just come to the point why u r not paying. Its too much annoying why should I pay. When I was agree to pay and your executive left everything.

When I receive a call they just ask Sir please do the payment. I asked to waiver off the charges. I will pay the same amount 3824 which was discussed. They denied and come to 5800 something. I refuse to pay that amount.

At last I said fine but I need a confirmation letter that this is a forecloser amount and there will be no dues after paying this amount. Team agreed for the same and again ask 2 days to do the waiver formalities.

Between these 2 days, their calling team called one of my friend again for payment. she Called me and abused that I have taken the loan from Paysense on her number for 50K. I asked who told you this she provided the number.

I was frustrated If the team already committed to waiver and I am agreed to pay that amount which was illegally charged. Why there is a need to call any one from my contact. I tweet on paysense.

After this paysense denied to provide the waiver because I post the twitter. I asked they why my relative got the call if everything was discussed. They refuse that no one called anyone of my contact.

But I provided the number they didn't said and still the issue is same going on that please pay the amount or go for settlement. My request from your team to take a legal action for there abusing, also they have no record of customer complain.

They frustrate the customer to pay. If customer complained they ask for time and after that they called they after 2,3 month with increased charges.
