My previous loan is closed but still this is is showing unclosed incibil and also there is overdues in loan instead i have paid every single emi on time. There is nobody on customer service who lister.

I write various time on mail and in app form but there no revert is given by them. Now how should i treat this app. Should i default in my new loan, so that they call me from their end resolve my issue?
