On 20th September'23, I had submitted a loan request of amount 10000 on PAYME India app and they had approved it also. E-Sign and E-Mandate were everything completed. They mentioned on their app that within 24 to 48 hrs they will disburse the amount. But, today is 5th day and that is still pending.
Total 6 tickets i have raised on their app and each one they are closing stating to wait for next 24 to 48 hrs. I have sent emai to their grievance team two days back but no response. I have copied to RBI also in that email. But, still i have not received any response.
