I have taken loan from payme India in the month of October and my 1st emi was on 6th Nov and by there mistake ECS got rejected and they asked me to pay extra so I paid that amount.
My emi amount is 4242 and they asked to pay 4576 and I have paid and from next month Normal emi started debiting that is 4242 and the last emi due was on 5th Jan and that amount is debited on time through ecs
But they are now asking to pay more 368rupees. There is no reason to ask to pay for the extra amount because I never delayed any payment nor the cheque bounce happened. Also given threat and abused me on call.
I want to complain for the harassment. Loan account number-423698.
