I took the international membership of Park Royal Company from June-2022 for Rs.1,44,000/- which included the complimentary package of Dubai. Not getting that, I canceled the international membership and took a five-year membership of 80000/- on the condition of refund of 64000/- which was considered as advance annual maintenance charge instead of giving me full refund.

In three years, whenever we ask for a book, we don't get it. Last May 15/02/2024 through e-mail proposed for 9 days hotel booking, said only two days booking of 28/03/2024 will be available. I must get my remaining full nine days of booking. Because he has made air booking and other arrangements in advance as per the telephonic conversation. Copy of air booking is enclosed herewith.

From the experience so far it is understood that this company has been trusted and cheated and does not intend to cheat more. I know that the plan I have taken is non-refundable so it seems that I have lost my money. Request that I get my remaining full nine days of booking or I don't have to pay any annual maintenance charge for not getting booking. So please refund my refund amount of Rs.14000/-.
