Hi I'm mohit and I'm a freelancer and my concern is related to a finserv company. The company named is Ozone Fin-cap Investments Ltd (ozonepe financial services old name), A friend of mine introduced them to me a long time back for some website development related work.

I dealt with them back then and again back in January this month they came back to me for developing a new website in which they asked me to build a proper finserv website for them like paytm and jeevanpay.

We discussed regarding their requirement and finalised that they need to hire someone for their website and as they have no technical knowledge they want me to help them by supervising and helping their project to get completed on time.

And also they'll onboard me as an employee in company as they need someone to take care of it related works in their company for which i agreed and shared all the requested documents by them.

After that they paid a little advance and then the work got started, but because their were some technical hurdles i took care of them and notified them the charges alongside which they agreed to clear.

But then they want some alterations in their website so they paused it and agreed to clear the remaining service fee which i notified them and then for like last 2 months.

They have been fooling me around by saying that they're stuck in some police case and now all of the sudden they responded my followup messages and called me and told me that we are not gonna pay you do whatever you want, and if you pressurize too much then we might make you pay us back all the money we paid in advance.

Recently i got to know that they both were partners in a company named jeevanpay and they did scam with them as well. Now, what can be done in this scenario, is there any way for me to get my fees and payments cleared.
