Incorrect cancellation charges, Bad customer care services, a

Paid amount: Rs1677
Refunded Amount: Rs 833
I have booked hotel through oyo but in hotel manager declined for checked -in in hotel because price through oyo was lowest. Therefore, hotel manager suggested cancelled the booking. i did the same.
Now oyo refunded amount with cancellation charges which is not correct. Also, i trying to reach out to customer care last 2 days they pick my call and then transfer call to service teams but after that no one pick call.
