I made a booking with ticket new app to book a movie ticket. I booked a ticket and amount deducted from my account. But app ask me to confirm your ticket.I clicked lot more time to confirm but app didn't respond me.
After a few minutes a message display that amount refunded but still i didn't receive any refund .I tried to contact customer care but i am not able to contact them .There is not a genuine contact number to contact .I am worry for my amount which i didn't receive yet .
please sir help me with this issue.I will attach all related proof with the amount i paid and not received.
