I am from Kerala, and on February 21, 2022. I ordered a Men's Sweater on THESHOPZONES website. They made me pay Rs. 229/- via Google Pay for the product. It's been 2 months and still no package delivered.
I've tried contacting them on the number provided on the website to no success, I've sent emails over a month ago and still no update on it. I suspect this entire website is a scam and would like to report them to the authorities, hoping they won't scam another customer and refund the money deducted from me for the purchase.
