I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent order with NMB online Company. On 22-Feb-2024, I placed an order for a "Neck and Shoulder Massager" (Order ID: NMBC[Protected]]).However, upon receiving the package on 28-fEB-2024, I discovered that the item sent to me was incorrect. Instead of the "Neck and Shoulder Massager," I received a different product entirely . This error has caused inconvenience as I was looking forward to using the massager for my neck pain.
I kindly request that NMB Company take immediate action to resolve this issue. I would appreciate it if you could arrange for the correct product to be sent to me at your earliest convenience. Alternatively, I would be willing to discuss other options such as a refund or exchange within 3 days.Thank you for your attention to this matter.
