My name is Ramu I had placed an order whose amount was ₹899.This order was placed on 10 October 2021 at 12:44 PM.Whose payment was deducted through online UPI.We have had a lot of trouble regarding this order, the problem is that the order was neither delivered nor our balance was refunded For the last 3 months I am worried about this relation.
I ordered one plus earphone in this product.A few days after booking the order I noticed that our item has not been delivered yet, so I tried to cancel this product from my side, but it was not canceled.
Neither our product was canceled nor any delivery was made nor its product balance was refunded.We are facing this problem for the first time.Kindly request you to get the balance refund of this product.We request you with folded hands, please help us.
