Regarding blocking of my olx account

hi olx team we use olx account since 2019 curantly we facing a problem to use olx account because of account if blocked kindly unblock my account my account detail is

we facing problem of account blocking from last one month.
one day i received a phone call from olx executive regarding spending a amount of Rs-150/- to purchase of paid add im asking to him for my problem he said of after he cut the phone cal and very next day my account show blocked ill call many time to same number but executive do not response properly after that i purchase a new mobile sim and start same in olx account but i face same problem my account again show blocked in thses days i purchase 5 new mobile sim in my name to do business from your site we facing same problem kindly look in this matter and resolve my problem.
