Already provided. 3 months have elapsed but no action has been taken by your department. The old coin seller made an unsolicited phone call and subsequently promised me a huge amount for my coin. He then asked me to deposit Rs.2131/- for registration. After depositing the amount, he asked me to deposit a further amount of Rs.11,000/- to complete the transaction.
When I refused, he said that my initial deposit is forfeited. Three months have elapsed but I have neither received any communication or action taken in this regard. I find that your department takes no action against culprits but instead must be had in gloves with them.
