on 8th march 2022 i saw an advertisement on my mobile displaying the photographs of items put on sale. some of the items on display were executive chairs, massage chair and bicycles. It claimed that the items are Chinese.
It also mentioned that their office was in Goregaon, Mumbai. price of the items was also mentioned which was very cheap. I placed an order for 1 executive chair and 1 massage chair for Rs. 3799/-.
I was taken to their payment gateway, KETCH and i made the payment through Paytm. i received acknowledgement the same day. but i have not received the items and there is no communication from them. I want the paid amount to be refunded.
